On 17 May 2020, i'm just SWLing over the HF band frequency and heard 1 station on 8.483MHz. The signal report like below:

Message: CQ CQ CQ DE HLG HLG QSX 8MHz K
I'm looking over the Internet for the station manager which I can contact and inform about the signal I have heard and I have receive the e-QSL with the message as below:
